It looks like Facebook has added a new feature for Fan Page admins – weekly e-mail reports. Unexpectedly, I received an email from Facebook that included some summary statistics from the Fan Pages that I manage. Facebook hasn’t announced this feature on their website, so it could be a trial run (similar to what they did with the Post Insights roll out).

Why is this important? It gives an admin a quick snapshot of what’s going on within their Fan Page by showing the growth of fans in the past week, number of interactions, and number of visits. Prior to this email report, admins had to go through a lot of steps to get these numbers.
