Earlier this month I blogged about how Facebook was planning on changing “Become a Fan” to “Like” throughout Fan Pages. It looks like Facebook has started rolling out this change today. Below is the copy that appeared above one of the Fan Pages that I visited this afternoon.

So, what does it mean to “Like” a Page now? According to Facebook, “When you click “Like” on a Page, you are making a connection to that Page. The Page will be displayed in your profile, and in turn, you will be displayed on the Page as a person who likes that Page. The Page will also be able to post content into your News Feed.”
One thing that caught my eye today was that when you visit a Fan Page now, Facebook calls out which of your friends “Like” the Page as well as the total amount of people that “Like” the Page as well.

What do you think of being a “connection” with a Page now instead of “becoming a fan” of a Page? Like/dislike?
