Did you know that are over 1.6 million active “Fan” Pages located with Facebook? According to Facebook, more than 5.3 billion users have become a fan, errrr scratch that, connected with Pages. These Facebook Pages range from organizations and brands to celebrities and bands. Just take a look at the list of the top 15 Pages to see the variety.
A common question I often hear is, “How do I create a Facebook Page?” If you’re not as familiar with Facebook, it can be kind of confusing to figure out where to begin. Facebook has recently published a new step-by-step guide for page admins on how to create a Facebook Page (see below). The manual is a great resource for beginners (who are ready to get started on building their Page) and novices (those who have built a Page, but don’t know all the things they can do with a Facebook Page). For example, I don’t think most people realize that you can customize your wall posts to display to certain Languages or Locations.
