How Facebook Ads Work [VIDEO]

Have you ever wondered why you see certain ads on Facebook? Facebook has just released a video clip (see below) that explains how their ad system works to show you relevant ads without sharing any of your personal information with advertisers. According to the video, Facebook feels that relevant advertisements are good for your overall experience on Facebook. I think the ads on Facebook have improved, but I still see some ads that have nothing to do with my interests. What do you think about Facebook ads? Have you noticed that they are tailored to your interests?
