There is an app for everything, even one that can control a yacht. A German luxury yacht firm created an iPad app that provides passengers control of everything but steering the boat (although wouldn’t that be fun). The iPad app allows passengers on board superyacht to control climate and entertainment. The captain of the superyacht hands each guest their own iPad when they board, which they get to keep for the duration of the trip.
“Solemates” is the first yacht to carry the technology, which is currently being used by P. Diddy at a whopping $850,000 / week. Man, if I had only won the MegaMillions jackpot…
