Foursquare has announced their plans for SXSW on their website, including the release of foursquare version 3.0 for iPhone and Android. They’ve also posted their plans for parties, concerts, panels, and badges. There will be 18 new badges for SXSW 2011, but as of right now, they don’t indicate how to unlock.
