When is the best time to post content on Facebook? [STUDY]
Vitrue just released an interesting study that identifies the days and hours users are most active on Facebook. Vitrue analyzed Facebook data (over 1.6 million posts & 7.56 million comments) from the past 3 years from more than 1,500 brand pages. In terms of when conversations are happening on Facebook, the biggest spike in activity is at 3PM EST. Activity is noticeably higher during the week than on the weekend with Wednesday being the most popular day for activity.
